Peter Cropper, violin
Martin Roscoe, piano
Moray Welsh, cello

Three of the UKs most eminent chamber musicians have joined forces to form one of the finest piano trios of recent years. Violinist Peter Cropper was a founder member of the Lindsay Quartet until their retirement in 2005. He is currently recording all the Beethoven Violin Sonatas with Martin Roscoe. Moray Welsh is joint principal cellist of the London Symphony Orchestra, with whom he has performed as a soloist at home and abroad. His recordings range from Baroque concertos to contemporary music. Martin Roscoe performs internationally as a concerto soloist, recitalist and chamber musician and is professor of piano at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

The Trio will give the Coffee Concert at St James on Sunday 28 September 2008 at 11.30am in an all Beethoven programme.
